Deshaun and Joe, two friends who completed a Preparation for Employment course at Phoenix Training in February 2014 have found success by securing apprenticeships for themselves. Kirk has completed a pre-employability course with us. He then went onto pass his counter balance fork lift truck test, secured his license, and attended two interviews where he performed well. Kirk is also attending a third interview on 31/03/2014. Kirk has stated that the course has helped him on many levels of his life.
Michael successfully completed the tutorial elements of the Shard End Exemplar on 21st February achieving a level 1 qualification in Preparing for Employment. Michael delivered an excellent representation of the journey he had embarked on at the project Launch day. On 4th March he successfully gained his forklift truck license at Phoenix Training Services.
Rob completed the Shard End Exemplar on 19th February achieving a level 1 qualification. He went onto his FLT course the following week and successfully completed it. Subsequent to this, he attended an interview at Arthur John Charles Ltd. This interview was successful and he proceeded to a 3 week internship on 17th March. Initial
